Is Over Now No More Free Shows, Pandy Declares After His Time Album Tour In Accra

Building Ghanaian musician and recipient of the prestigious UEAMA 2022 Artist of the Year award, Pandy, shared his mixed feelings about his show in Accra on July 8. The talented artist expressed his frustration towards ungrateful individuals while extending his appreciation to supportive MCs who helped make the event a resounding success.

Known for his unique style and captivating performances, Pandy took to his social media platform to address the aftermath of his highly anticipated concert. In his post, he candidly shared his disappointment with those who failed to reciprocate support after he had shown up at their events.

“I’m done with the ‘come to my show and I will also come and help you’ mentality, especially when it comes to some of these group launchings,” Pandy declared. “Very ungrateful and wicked people. Going forward, if you pay me, then I’ll come.”

The Upper East music icon’s statement seems to be a response to individuals who have not fulfilled their promises to support him despite his unwavering commitment to their events. Pandy’s frustration reflects a growing concern within the music industry, where reciprocity and mutual support play a vital role in fostering a thriving artistic community.

However, amidst his disappointment, Pandy did not hesitate to acknowledge those who had stood by him. The musician gave a heartfelt shout-out to the MCs in Bolga and some select individuals in Accra, highlighting their genuine support and dedication.

“Big up to the MCs in Bolga and some few in Accra, but the rest are hypocrites and wizards,” Pandy stated boldly. “Tell them that we are born to win; we never lose. I had a successful and massive support.”

Undoubtedly, Pandy’s successful and highly supported show in Accra’s Kantamanto has reaffirmed his status as one of Upper East’s most celebrated musicians. The artist’s unwavering determination and unapologetic talent continue to captivate audiences across the country.
